Your mission
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Associate Producer is responsible for ensuring the delivery of each step of the project according to agreed criteria while respecting budgets.

Your responsibilities
- Represent the project and manage customer relationships (in collaboration with the visual effects supervisor):
- Organize the day-to-day production steps with the VFX Supervisor;
- Propose solutions and negotiate with the production manager in the event of a problem with the pre-established agreement;
- Follow up on exchanges with the clients (administrative, contractual and production elements)
- Inform stakeholders of the evolution of production, follow-up of deadlines and the budget (studio director, production supervisor, clients, sales, other departments and the project teams).
- Welcoming the resources on each project, transmitting the project culture and galvanizing the team;
- Make sure that the effort provided by the resources (or that is requested of them) corresponds to what was agreed upon;
- Contribute to the evaluation of resources by providing feedback on their performance on projects.
- Produce administrative and contractual documents related to the projects;
- Receive, quantify, and have all change orders approved by sales and the studio manager;
- Issue invoices;
- Develop post-mortems of projects and communicate them to the production supervisor and the studio manager.


Your profile
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the role of associate visual effects producer or relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in customer relationship management;
- Knowledge of the 3D and 2D computer graphics production structure
- Knowledge of budget and production cost management;
- Excellent sense of organization;
- Strong leadership and positive influence;
- Passion for a team-based approach;
- Focused on finding solutions;
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Discernment, judgment and diplomacy;
- Strong analytical skills and a spirit of synthesis;
- Ability to work under pressure and under stress.
