Your Mission
Reporting to the Senior Director, media solutions, the Digital Account Director will use their stellar expertise to secure and maximize digital advertising revenues. For this role, you must have an excellent understanding of the challenges clients face and a good grasp of their industries.

Your Responsabilities
- Increase the share of digital media investments from advertisers for your territory
- Lead the digital strategy for your territory
- Develop custom client solutions utilizing Quebecor Media entire digital offer, including display, mobile, video and Native.
- Demonstrate an expertise in introducing our programmatic solutions
- Network with agencies and clients to sell through data-driven solutions
- Effectively communicate Quebecor media value proposition, technology and processes
- Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to discuss and learn new strategies for optimizing and improving campaign performance
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and recommend solutions.

Your Profile
- University degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience in digital media sales, marketing, and strategic planning
- Deep understanding of the digital media industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data
- Understanding of the dynamics of SSP’s, DSP’s, Ad Exchanges and DMP’s
- Intimate knowledge of the media landscape, particularly the digital platforms and programmatic
- Real network of contacts (vs. the virtual realm), dynamic and qualified
- Analytical and influencing skills, as well as communication and presentation skills
- Show an entrepreneurial spirit when facing internal or external growth impediments
- Comfortable in a multidisciplinary and collaborative setting
- French, both verbal and written, an asset
- Comfortable using the following tools and technology platforms: Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Go to webinar, Skype for business, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Digital savvy, innovative problem-solving skills, results oriented, with business development in mind
- Leadership and team spirit;
- Communication and presentation skills, good aptitude for synthesizing
- Autonomous, sense of responsibility, initiative, proactive, curious, bold, and willing to take risks.
